Collection, Use, Provision of Personal Information Agreement for UNIST Intetnaitonal Trading Conference

UNIST CIET(Center for International Energy Trading) collects and uses applicant’s personal information for participation in the International Trading Conference.

Participants have their rights to withdraw their consent on the collection and use of personal information. However, as this is considered as a necessary requirement, If you refuse this, you will be restricted to provide services such as registration and so on.

Consent to be photographed and published

ITC 2018 will have photography, film staff, and media contacts on site throughout the conference in order to document the event. Photographs and videos may be used in UNIST marketing materials as well as documentary films and media publications under the permission of UNIST. In this event or related activities, participants may be photographed. By signing this waiver, participants agree to allow their photo, video, or film likeness to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, organizers, and/or assigns.
